SHIPPING & PROCESSING

After your payment is authorized, all orders are subject to 1-4 business days of processing time. International orders may take up to 2-10 days (excluding weekends or holidays). 

We offer standard service for select countries to process and ship the items within 1-4 weeks. Please note the shipping time is only a guidance. FERAYLA cannot take responsibility for international shipping, custom clearance delays or failed payment approvals. Though we will try to minimize delays.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Upon shipment, package tracking information is sent to the email address associated with your order. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, or the tracking seems inaccurate, please reach out to us at service@ferayla.com.
